(II) 2/ 12.29.047/2010-11-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक इस बात से संतृपत है कि दि सिद्धेश्वर अर्बन को- ऑपरेटिव बैंक लि. , माजलगाव, बीड बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम 1949 ( सहाकरी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 36ए( 2 ) के प्रावधानों के अधीन बैंकिंग कारोबार समाप्त कर सकते हैं तथा वे सहकारी बैंक द्वारा स्वीकृत सभी जमाओं को पूर्णतः या प्राप्य अधिकतम मात्रा में चुकाया है या चुकाने हेतु समुचित प्रावधान किए हैं, इस कारण से यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि अधिनियम के आशय के अनुसार दि सिद्धेश्वर अर्बन को-ऑपरेटिव बैंक लि. , माजलगाव, बीड अब सहकारी बैंक नहीं रहे तथा आगे इस प्रकार के सहकारी बैंकों पर अधिनियम के अंतर्गत लागू सभी प्रावधान उक्त पर लागू नहीं होंगे , लेकिन यह इस प्रकार के नोटिस देने से पूर्व किए गए कार्यों तथा करने के लिए छोड़े हुए कार्यों के सिवाय हैं ।

परिषद् अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिये रद्द कर सकती है । यह परीक्षा इंस्टीट्यूट के केवल पात्र सदस्य जोकि पहले से ही पंजीकृत हैं के लिये हैं । इस परीक्षा (असेसमेन्ट भैस्ट) के लिये परीक्षा शुल्क 1,000/- ( एक हजार रुपये) मात्र हैं ।
परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि का भुगतान केवल डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा होगा जो किसी भी शेड्यूल बैंक का होना चाहिये। डिमांड ड्राफ्ट ' सचिव ' दि इंस्टीट्यूट चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट ऑफ इंडिया के पक्ष में होना चाहिये और उसकी अदायगी नई दिल्ली पर हो । आवेदन पत्र उपयुक्त शुल्क के साथ इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) के कार्यालय में दिनांक 03 जून, 2011 तक पहुंच जायें ।
इस परीक्षा के लिये आवेदन निर्धारित आवेदन पत्रों पर ही किया जाना चाहिये जोकि अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) , दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट ऑफ इंडिया, आईसीएआई भवन , इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग , नई दिल्ली-110002 से 100/- रुपये प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान करने पर मिल सकता है । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट के रीजनल और ब्रांचों के कार्यालय में भी उपलब्ध है और नकद भुगतान करने पर 15 मई, 2011 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट की वेबसाइट डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू. आईसीएआई. ओआरजी से प्रिन्टकरके परीक्षा शुल्क 1100/- रुपये डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के साथ भी भेजा जा सकता है । आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करने की अन्तिम तिथि 03 जून 2011 है। आवेदन पत्र निर्धारित परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ स्पीड पोस्ट/ रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) , नई दिल्ली को भेजा जाना है ।
दिनांक 03 जून, 2011 के पश्चात् आवेदन पत्र किसी भी परिस्थति में स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे ।

सरकारी राजपत्र के अध्यादेश के संशोधन का प्रकाशन सं. 13--सी.ए. ( परीक्षा ) /मई/2011- III--इंस्टीट्यूट के सामानान्तर अधिसूचना नं. -13 सी.ए. ( परीक्षा )/मई// 2011 दिनांक12 जनवरी , 2011 सर्वसाधारण को यह सूचित किया जाता है कि वृत्तिक सक्ष्मता पाठ्यक्रम परीक्षा ( पी.सी.ई. ) पेपर-3 ग्रुप-01 और एकीकृत वृत्तिक सक्षमता पाठ्यक्रम परीक्षा ( आई.पी.सी.ई. ) पेपर-2 व्यावसायिक नियम, नीति एवं संप्रेषण ग्रुप-1जोकि दिनांक 05 मई, 2011 को हुआ था उसी संदर्भ में वह छात्र जिन्होंने हिन्दी माध्यम के लिए चुना था परीक्षा रद्द कर दी गई है । कथित परीक्षा को पुनः17 मई, 2011 को सांय 02.00 बजे से सांय 05.00 बजे तक परीक्षा केन्द्रों में बिना परिवर्तन करवाया जायेगा । पहले से जारी किया गया प्रवेश पत्र मान्य रहेगा ।

दिनांक 23.06.2010 को आयोजित कार्यकारिणी परिषद् की बैठक में कार्यकारिणी परिषद् एवं शैक्षणिक परिषद् से संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय के अधिनियम 11 एवं 13 में पारित संशोधनों को भारत महामहिम राष्ट्रपति ने , राजीव गांधी विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 2006 की धारा 30 ( 3 ) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त अधिकारों का उपयोग करते हुए, राजीव गांधी विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाध्यक्ष के अधिकार से, सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है । इसके अनुसार नये शैक्षणिक परिषद् एवं कार्यकारिणी परिषद् में निम्नलिखित सदस्य होंगे : --

सं. 1 ( 1 ) 3/2000 - स्था.I--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 34 ) की धारा 97 की उप धारा ( 1 ) तथा उप धारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड (xxi ) तथा उप धारा ( 2क ) तथा धारा 17 की उप धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम केन्द्रीय सरकार के अनुमोदन से कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम (निजी सचिव ) भर्ती विनियम, 2008 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात:--
(4) विभागों के अध्यक्ष;
1. (1) ये विनियम कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ( निजी सचिव ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 2011 कहे जायेंगे ।
(5) संकाय के संकायाध्यक्षों एवं विभाग के विभागाध्यक्षों के अतिरिक्त वरिष्ठता क्रम के अनुसार क्रमावर्तन के द्वारा कुलपति द्वारा नियुक्त चार प्रोफेसर;
(2) ये शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
(6 ) वरिष्ठता क्रम के अनुसार क्रमावर्तन के द्वारा कुलपति द्वारा नियुक्त दोसह-प्रोफेसर;
2. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ( निजी सचिव ) भर्ती विनियम, 2008 की अनुसूची के कॉलम 4 में :--
(7 ) वरिष्ठता क्रम के अनुसार क्रमावर्तन के द्वारा कुलपति द्वारा नियुक्त दोसहायक प्रोफेसर;
(1) शीर्षक के लिए, निम्नलिखित शीर्षक को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: --
" वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन/वेतनमान",
(8 ) वरिष्ठता क्रम के अनुसार क्रमावर्तन के द्वारा कुलपति द्वास नियुक्त विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालयों के दो प्रधानाध्यापक;
(ii) उक्तशीर्षक के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
(9 ) शिक्षा जगत के चार प्रसिद्ध व्यक्ति/शैक्षणिक परिषद् में सहयोजित इनमें सेकोई भी व्यक्तिविश्वविद्यालय या विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त या सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालय या संस्थान का कर्मचारी नहीं होगा; एवं " ग्रेड वेतन रुपये 4,800/- के साथ रुपये 9,300--34,800/- के वेतनमान में वेतन बैंड-2
(10 ) कुल सचिव शैक्षणिक परिषद् के पदेन सचिव होंगे ।
नोट : -- ( अ ) कुलपति एवं सम - कुलपति के अतिरिक्त शैक्षणिक परिषद् के अन्य सभी सदस्यों का कार्यकाल तीन वर्षों का होगा ।
(ब ) शैक्षणिक परिषद् के ग्यारह सदस्यों के द्वारा शैक्षणिक परिषद् की बैठक का कोरम पूरा हो जायेगा ।
(ब ) कार्यकारिणी परिषद्
टिप्पणी : निजी सचिवों को वेतन बैंड-2 में ग्रेड वेतन रुपये 4,800/- के साथ रुपये 9,300--34,800/- के वेतनमान में निजी सचिव के रूप में चार वर्ष की नियमित सेवा को पूरा करने पर वेतन बैंड-3 में ग्रेड वेतन रुपये 5,400/ - के साथ रुपये 15,600--39,100/- का अकार्यात्मक वेतनमान स्वीकार्य होगा" । 4002

होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 के अधीन रखे गए होम्योपैथी के केन्द्रीय रजिस्टर के भाग-2 में अंतर्विष्ट राज्य होम्योपैथी परिषद् उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी भाग-2 के रजिस्ट्रीकृत चिकित्सा साभ्यासियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन बनाए गए होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् रजिस्ट्रीकरण विनियम, 1982 के विनियम 9 ( 1 ) में यथा उपबन्धित उक्त केन्द्रीय रजिस्टर में अपने नाम बनाए रखने के लिए रजिस्ट्रार को आवेदन करना होगा ।
आवेदन के विहित प्ररूप सहित साधारण सूचनाएं प्रत्येक पंजीकृत चिकित्सा साभ्यासी को उक्त केन्द्रीय रजिस्टर में दर्ज उसके पते पर भेजी जा रही है । केन्द्रीय रजिस्टर में नाम बनाए रखने के प्रारूप ' च ' में आवेदन साभ्यासियों द्वारा इस सूचना के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से 30 दिन के भीतर सम्यक रूप से भर कर अधोहस्ताक्षरी को लौटा दिया जाना चाहिएं कोई भी पंजीकृत साभ्यासी जिसे डाक द्वारा पत्र प्रारूप प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है रजिस्ट्रार , केन्द्रीय परिषद् के कार्यालय केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद्, 61--65 , इंस्टीट्यूशनल एरिया, जनकपुरी , नई दिल्ली से उसे प्राप्त कर सकता है । तारीख

Payment of fees for the Assessment Test should be made only by Demand Draft . The Demand Draft may be of any Scheduled Bank and should be drawn in favour of " The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , payable at New Delhi " only . Application together with the prescribed fee be sent so as to reach the Additional Secretary ( Exams ) at New Delhi on or before 3rd June , 2011 .
Applications for admission to the Assessment Test is required to be made in the prescribed form which may be obtained from the Additional Secretary (Exams ) , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , ICAI Bhawan , Indraprastha Marg , New Delhi - 110002 on payment of Rs. 100/- per application form . The forms are also available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained upon cash payment on or from 15th May, 2011 . Alternatively, the format of application form can be downloaded from the website of the Institute viz . www.icai.org and the cost of the application form of Rs. 100/- can be added to the Assessment Test fee of Rs . 1000/- and the Demand Draft for Rs . 1100/- has to be sent . The last date for receipt of duly filled in application forms is 3rd June , 2011. The application together with the prescribed fee should De sent by Speed Post/Registered Post to the Additional Secretary (Exams . ) , New Delhi . The applications received after 3rd June , 2011 will not be entertained under any circumstances .

No. 13 -CA (Exam)/M/2011 /III - In contiunation to the Institute's Notification No. 13 -CA (Exam )/M/2011 dated 12th January, 2011 , it is notified for the general information that Group - 1 , Paper -3 -Law, Ethics and Communication of Professional Competence Examination and Group- 1 , Paper- 2-Business Laws , Ethics and Communications of Integrated Professional Competence Examination scheduled to be held on 5th May, 2011 in respect of candidates who had opted forHindi medium stands cancelled . The said examination for the candidated who had opted for Hindi medium will now be held again on 17th May, 2011 (Tuesday) from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM. The venues of the examinations will remain unchanged. Admit Cards already issued would remain valid .

I- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) and clause (xxi ) of sub - section (2) and sub-section (2A) of section 97 and sub - section (2) of section 17 of the Employee's State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948 ) , the Employees ' State Insurance Corporation hereby makes , with the approval of the Central Government , the following regulations to amend the Employees ' State Insurance Corporation (Private Secretary) Recruitment Regulations , 2008, namely :-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (Private Secretary) Recruitment (Amendment ) Regulations, 2011.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publicatioin in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Employees ' State Insurance Corporation (Private Secretary) Recruitment Regulations , 2008 , in the Schedule , in column 4 :-
(i) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely :-
" Pay Band and Grade Pay/Pay Scale" ;
(ii) for the entries under the said heading , the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
" Pay Band 2 in the pay scale of Rs . 9,300- 34,800/- withGrade Pay of Rs . 4,800/- .
Note:Non-functional pay scale in Pay Band 3 of Rs . 15,600-39,100/- withGrade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- shall be admissible to the Private Secretaries on completion of four years of PART III-SEC. 4]

HerExcellency, the President of India, in her capacity as the Visitor of Rajiv Gandhi University, in exercise of the powers vested in her under Section 30(3) of the Rajiv Gandhi University Act, 2006, has been pleased to assent to the amendments to Statutes 11 and 13 of the University relating to the Executive Council and the Academic Council respectively as passed by the Executive Council at its meeting held on 23.06.2010 . Accordingly, the new Academic Council and Executive Council shall consist of the following members :-
(A) ACADEMIC COUNCIL
(Under Section 24(1 ) and (2) of the RGU Act, 2006) (i) Vice-Chancellor;
(ii) Pro- Vice- Chancellor;
(iii) Deans of Faculties ;
(iv) Heads of Departments ;
(v) Four Professors , other than Deans of Faculty and Heads of Department, by rotation in the order of seniority, to be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor;
4005 (x) The Registrar shall be the Ex- Officio Secretary of the Academic Council .
Note : ( a) All the members of the Academic Council other than the Vice - Chancellor and the Pro- Vice-Chancellor, shall hold office for a term of three years .
(b) Elevenmembers of the Academic Council shall form a quorum for a meeting of the Academic Council.
(B) THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
(Under Section 23 ( 1) and (2) of the RGU Act , 2006) (i) Vice-Chancellor ;
(ii) Pro -Vice-Chancellor;
(iii) Two Deans of Faculties by rotation in order of seniority, to be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor;
(iv) Two Professors , other than Deans of Faculties , by rotation in the order of seniority, to be appointed by the Vice- Chancellor;
(v) Two Associate Professors by rotation in the order ofseniority, tobe appointed by the Vice-Chancellor;
(vi) Two members of the Court , none of whom shall be an employee of the University or College or Institution affiliated to or recognized by the University, to be nominated by the Visitor ;
(vii) Five persons to be nominated by the Visitor ; and (viii) The Registrar shall be the Ex-Officio Secretary of the Executive Council .
Note: - (a)
(vi) Two Assistant Professors by rotation in the order of seniority, to be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor;
(vii) Two Associate Professors by rotation in the order of seniotiry, to be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor;
(viii) Two Principals of the Colleges admitted to the privileges of the University by rotation in the order of seniority to be appointed by the Vice -Chancellor;
(ix) Four persons ofAcademic eminence . None ofwhom shall be an employee of the University or College of Institution affiliated to or recognized by the University, to be co -opted by the Academic Council ; and
All the members of the Executive Council , other than the Vice-Chancellor and the Pro- Vice-Chancellor, shall hold office for a term of three years .
(b) Seven members of the Executive Council shall form a quorum for a meeting of the Executive Council.
