का.नि.आ. 40.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, रक्षा संकर्म अध्निियम, 1903 ;1903 का 7द्ध की धरा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 7 के खंड ;गद्ध में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्बंध्नों को इससे उपाब( अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि, जो रक्षा अनुसंधन विकास संगठन, बंगलौर परीक्षण रेंज के समीप्य की भूमि है, के उपयोग और उपभोग पर निर्बंध्न अध्रिोपित करना अनिवार्य मानती है और यह घोषणा करती है कि अनुसूची में वणत भूमि को भवनों और अन्य बाधओं से मुक्त रखा जाए ।
2. उक्त भूमि की स्केच योजना का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट, बंगलौर, जिला बंगलौर और उपायुक्त, बंंगलौर ग्रामीण जिला, कर्नाटक के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ।

S.R.O. 40.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), the Central Government considers it necessary to impose restrictions specified in clause (c) of section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule annexed hereto being the land lying in the vicinity of Defence Research Development Organisation, Bangalore Test Range in State of Karnataka, and hereby make a declaration to the effect that the land specified in the Schedule shall be kept free from buildings and other obstructions.
2. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the office of the Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate, Bangalore Distt., Bangalore and Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore, Karnataka.
