2. तदर्थ नियुक्ति निम्न शर्तों पर आधारित होगी :-- 2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति पूर्णतः तदर्थ अधार पर की जा रही है और उन्हें इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चित रूप से बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल करने के लिए अथवा सी.एस.एस.एस. के प्रधान निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा । इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति को कारण बताए बिना किसी भी समय समाप्त करने का अधिकार सरकार के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा ।
