दिनांक 03 जून 2011 की सूचना के संदर्भ में , जिसमें भारतीय स्टेट बैंक अधिनियम 1955 की धारा 19 ( ग ) के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत बैंक के केन्द्रीय बोर्ड के लिए चार निदेशकों के रिक्त स्थानों के लिए वैध रूप से नामांकित उम्मीदवारों के नाम और पते दिये गये हैं, एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है किदिनांक 24जून 2011 को बैंक ऑडिटोरियम , स्टेट बैंक भवन कॉम्पलेक्स, मादाम कामा रोड, मुंबई -400021 ( महाराष्ट्र ) में आयोजित शेयरधारकों की साधारण सभा में सम्पन्न हुए चुनाव में निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारों को बैंक के केन्द्रीय बोर्ड के लिए शेयरधारकों के निदेशकों के रूप में यथाविधि निर्वाचित घोषित किया गया है:--

एस. ओ.--बैंकिंग कम्पनी ( उपक्रमों का अधिग्रहण एवं अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1970 (1970 का 5 ) की धारा 19, जो धारा 12 की उप धारा (2) के साथ पठित है, के अधीन प्रत्यायोजित अधिकारों के प्रयोग में यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के निदेशक मंडल ने भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के साथ परामर्श के बाद केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी के साथ यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ( कर्मचारी ) पेंशन विनियमन 1995 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियमन किया है, यथा :--
1. (1) येविनियमन यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ( कर्मचारी ) पेंशन (संशोधन) विनियमन 2010 कहे जाएंगे ।
(2) सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से ही यह प्रभाव में आएंगे ।
2. यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ( कर्मचारी ) पेंशन विनियमन, 1995 ( इसके आगे कथित विनियमन नाम से संदर्भित ) के विनियम 2 में खंड ( ओ ) के उप खंड ( सी) में निम्नलिखित उपखंड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा : -- " (सी) पुत्र या पुत्री जिसमें विधवा या तलाकशुदा पुत्री शामिल है, जब तक वे पच्चीस साल के होते हैं या विवाह या पुनर्विवाह कर लेते हैं जो भी पहले हो, और इसमें विधिक रूप से दत्तक पुत्र या पुत्री भी शामिल हैं । "
3. कथित विनियमनों में उप विनियम (3 ) के बाद विनियम 8 में निम्नलिखित उप-विनियम लगा दिया जाएगा यथा : -- " (4) न्यासी की नियुक्ति की अवधि तीन वर्षों के लिए होगी तथा बैंक ऐसे न्यासी को भी पुनः नियुक्त कर सकता है जिन्होंने अपनी सेवावधि की पूर्ति कर ली है, बशर्ते कि किसी भी न्यासी को दो सेवाकाल से अधिक अवधि के लिए नियुक्त नहीं कियाजाए ।"
4. कथित विनियमनों में, विनियम 9 में निम्नलिखित परंतुक को लगा दिया जाएगा, यथा
" बशर्ते कि ऐसे सभी निर्देश लिखित रूप में दिये जाएंगे और प्रयोजन या उद्देश्य को विनिर्दिष्ट करेंगे । " 5. कथितविनियमनों में , विनियम 10 के उप विनियम (2 ) में प्रारंभिक अंश में " प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति के एक सौ अस्सी दिनों के अंदर " की जगह में " बैंक के तुलन पत्र के प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिनों के अंदर " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएं ।

सं. 49-3/2011/राअशिप/मा. तथा मा. ( भाग )-- राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1993 ( 1993 का 73वां ) के खण्ड 32 के उप खण्ड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद्, राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् ( मान्यता मानदण्ड और क्रियाविधि) विनियम, 2009 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्न विनियम बनाती है नामतः : --
1. ये विनियम राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् ( मान्यता के मानक, तथा क्रियाविधि चतुर्थ संशोधन ) विनियम 2011 कहलाएंगे । 2. ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
3. राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् ( मान्यता मानदण्ड और क्रियाविधि ) विनियम, 2009 के विनियम 8 के उप - विनियम ( 5 ) में, (क) शब्द अंक और अक्षर ' 1 अप्रैल , 2011 ' के स्थान पर शब्द, अंक और अक्षर ' 1 अप्रैल , 2012 ' प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे । (ख ) शब्द और अंक ' सत्र 2010-2011 ' के स्थान पर शब्द और अंक' सत्र 2012-2013 ' प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

S. O.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19, read with sub - section (2) of section 12 of the Banking Companies ( Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors of the Union Bank of India in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Government , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Bank of India (Employees') Pernsion Regulations , 1995 , namely:-
1. (1) These regulation may be called the Union Bank of India ( Employees') Pension (Amendment) Regulations , 2010.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

In the Union Bank of India (Employees' ) Pension Regulations, 1995 , (hereinafter referred as the said regulation) , in regulation 2 , in clause (o) , for sub- clause ( c) , the following sub - clause shall be substituted , namely :-
"(c) son or daughter including widow or divorced daughter till he or she attains the age of twenty five years or upto his or her marriage or remarriage, which ever is earlier including such son or daughter adopted legally; "
3.
In the said regulations , in regulation 8 after sub- regulation (3 ), the following sub - regulation shall be inserted namely :-
"(4) The term of appointment of trustee shall be for a period of three years and the Bank may re - appoint a trustee who has already completed his term; provided that no trustee shall be appointed for more than two terms . "

Inthe said regulations, in regulation 9 , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely :-
"provided that all such direction shall be given in writing and shall specify the purpose or objective . " 5.
In the said Regulations , regulation 10 , in sub- regulation (2), in the opening portion, for the words "Within one hundred and eighty days from the closing ofeach financial year ", the words "Within sixtydaysfromthe date of publication ofthe Balance Sheet of the Bank " shall be substituted .

(a) For the words , figures and letters " the 1st day of April , 2011 " , the words, figures and letters " : the 1st day ofApril 2012" shall be substituted;
Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993 ) the National Council for Teacher Education hereby makes the following regulation further to amend the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure)
Regulations , 2009 , namely :-
(b) For words and figures " Session 2010-2011 " , the words and figures " Session 2012-2013 " shall be substituted.
1. These regulations may be called the National Council for Teacher Education ( Recognition Norms and Procedure Fourth Amendment) Regulation, 2011 .
