3. इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से वे उप सरकारी अधिवक्ता के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्तिका कोई दावा नहीं कर सकेंगे और न ही उनके द्वारा की गई उक्त सेवा की गणना उच्चतर ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजन के लिए की जाएगी ।
