सं. क्यू-16012/2/ 2009- ईएसए( एनएलआई ) जबकि सोसाइटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1860 ( पंजाब संशोधन अधिनियम, 1957 ) कं अंतर्गत वी. वी. गिरि राष्ट्रीय श्रम संस्थान, सैक्टर -24 , नोएडा को एक सोसाइटी के रूप में पंजीकृत किया गया है ।
और जबकि उक्त सोसाइटी के नियमों और विनियमों के नियम- III में इसके गठन का प्रावधान है । अतः अब, उपर्युक्त सोसाइटी के नियम- III के अनुसरण में और दिनांक 08 जून, 2011 की समसंख्यक पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए वी. वी. गिरि राष्ट्रीय श्रम संस्थज्ञन , नोएडा की सामान्य परिषद् के सदस्य के रूप में वीवीजीएनएलआई की सामान्य परिषद् में नामित श्री बी. सुन्दरन का मुख्यालय निम्नानुसार है :--
