3. तदर्थ आधार पर यह नियुक्ति, नियुक्त व्यक्ति को इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चितकाल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु अनुभाग अधिकारियों की चयन सूची में समावेशन हेतु अथवा सीएसएस के अनुभाग अधिकारियों के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने को कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी । तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्ति, वरिष्ठता कोय अथवा सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा ( एलडीसीई ) के माध्यम से अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में नियमित प्राधिकारी के उपलब्ध होने तक जारी रहेगी । तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्त व्यक्तियों द्वारा इन दो श्रेणियों में से किसी एक में नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु योग्य न होने की दशा में , इस मंत्रालय में उनके ( नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारियों ) के कार्य- ग्रहण करने की तारीख से ऐसे नियमित अधिकारियों की उपलब्धता पर उन्हें सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित किया जाएगा ।
