सं. भुनिप्रवि, सीएचडी सं./75/04.07.01 / 2011-12-- भुगतान और निपटान प्रणाली अधिनियम, 2007 ( 2007 का 51 ) की धारा 38 की उप धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( बी ) तथा ( एफ) के साथ पठित उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा भुगतान और निपटान प्रणाली विनियमावली , 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन कर रहा है : --
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभ : --
(i) इस विनियमावली को भुगतान और निपटान प्रणाली ( संशोधन ) विनियमावली , 2011 के नाम से जाना जाए ।
(ii) यह सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी । 2. संशोधन--
सं. 37/PTMR/A.H.S./SMC/08- कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम (साधारण ) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 105 के अधीन निगम की शक्तियां महानिदेशक को प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की दिनांक 25 अप्रैल, 1951 को हुई बैठक में पारित किए गए संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश संख्या 1024 ( जी) दिनांक 23.05.1983 द्वारा न्ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डॉक्टर को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक एक वर्ष के लिए या पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक, जो भी पूर्व हो, को राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त, ( गुजरात ) द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिये बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण करने तथा मूल प्रमाणपत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती हूं: -- भुगतान और निपटान प्रणाली विनियमावली , 2008 में विनियम 5 के अंतर्गत, अनुसूची में, मद सं. 9 के लिए निम्नलिखित

Payment and Settlement Systems (Amendment) Regulations, 2011
No..DPSS . CHD No./75/04.07.01/2011-12-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) read with clauses ( b) to ( f) of sub - section (2) of Section 38 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 ( 51 of 2007) , the Reserve Bank of India hereby makes the following amendment to the Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations , 2008 namely :-
1. Short Title & Commencement : ----
(i) These Regulations may be called the Payment and Settlement Systems ( Amendment) Regulations , 2011 (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Amendment ----
In the Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations , 2008 , under Regulation 5, in the Schedule, for Item No. 9 , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" 9. Procedural Guidelines for Cheque Truncation System ( CTS ) approved by the Bank for the concerned system provider"
