2. उपरोक्त तदर्थ आधार पर पदोन्नति निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अध्यधीन है : --

(i) तदर्थ आधार पर पदोन्नति से उन्हें इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में सम्मिलित किए जाने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के ग्रेड-1 में वरीयता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा ।

(ii ) तदर्थ आधार पर पदोन्नति को किसी भी समय उसका कोई कारण बताए बिना समाप्त किया जा सकता है ।
