सं. 16/5/92- इंफ्रा I-भारत सरकार ने दिनांक 20.03.1992 के संकल्प सं. 16/5/92 - इंफ्रा-1 के पेरा I में निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित करने का निश्चय किया है ।
" 1. समिति का गठन
समिति में निम्नलिखित शामिल होंगे
अध्यक्ष
(i) विशेष सचिव ( अवसंरचना ) / अपर सचिव ( अवसंरचना ) / वाणिज्य विभाग
सदस्य
(ii) संयुक्त सचिव ( अवसंरचना ) , वाणिज्य विभाग
सदस्य
(iii) कार्यकारी निदेशक ( यातायात परिवहन ) , रेलवे बोर्ड
सदस्य
(iv) संयुक्त सचिव ( सीमा शुल्क ) , राजस्व विभाग
सदस्य
(v) संयुक्त सचिव ( पत्तन ) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय
सदस्य- सचिव
(vi) निदेशक (अवसंरचना ) , वाणिज्य विभाग
समिति अन्यविभागों/ प्राधिकरणों के ऐसे प्रतिनिधियों को आमंत्रित कर सकती है जिन्हें समिति के साथ अपेक्षित सहयोग और उपसमितियों की नियुक्ति हेतु आवश्यक माना जाए । "
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सामान्य सूचना हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

RESOLUTION
No. 16 / 5 /92 - Infra- 1-The Government of India has decided to make the following substitution in the para 1 ofthe Resolution No. 16/5/92 - Infra- 1 dated 20.03.1992 :--
" 1. Composition of the Committee:
The Committee shall consist of:
Chairman (i) Special Secretary (Infrastructure)/ Additional Secretary (Infrastructure) , Department of Commerce
Member (ii) Joint Secretary, (Infrastructure) , Department of Commerce
Member (iii) Executive Director (Traffic Transportation) , Railway Board
Member (iv) Joint Secretary (Customs) , Deptt. ofRevenue
Member (v) Joint Secretary (Ports) , Ministry of Shipping
(vi) Director (Infrastructure) , Department of Commerce
Member- Secretary The Committee may invite representatives of other Departments/ authorities whose association with the Committee is considered essential and to appoint Sub - Committees as and when required. "
ORDER
ORDERED that a copy of the resolution be communicated to all Members of the Committee .
ORDERED also that the resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information .
