2. उपर्युक्त अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अध्यधीन है :--

( i ) इस तदर्थ प्रोन्नति से अनिश्चिकाल तक इस ग्रेड में बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में नाम शामिल करने अथवा सीएसएस के ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।
( ii ) इन तदर्थ नियुक्तियों का किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण बताए समाप्त किया जा सकता है ।
( iii) जैसा कि सीएसएस के लिए संवर्ग प्रशिक्षण योजना में आदेश दिया गया है ऐसे अधिकारी , जिन्होंने आवश्यक स्तर ' घ ' प्रशिक्षण नहीं लिया है , की छह माह की अवधि के भीतर उपर्युक्त प्रशिक्षण लेना होगा । सं. ए-32013/ 1/2008 - स्था. I-- राष्ट्रपति, कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग के दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2011 के आदेश सं. 5/722011 /सीएस -1 ( यू) के अनुसरण में पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय के केंद्रीय सचिवालये सेवा संवर्ग (सीएसएल सं. 7214 ) के अनुभाग अधिकारी श्री एम. जेना को पीबी-3 (6,600 रुपए की ग्रेड पे के साथ 15,600--39,100 रुपए के वेतनमान ) में तदर्थ आधार पर 02.09.2011 ( पूर्वाह्न ) से 31.05.2012 तक की अवधि के लिए अथवा नियमित आधार पर पद के भरे जाने तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , इस मंत्रालय में केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के ग्रेड-1 ( अवर सचिव ) के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं ।
( iv ) अधिकारियों की तदर्थ प्रोन्नति केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण, नई दिल्ली के समक्ष लंबित ओए सं. 3294/2009 शीर्षक श्री पी . आर. शर्मा बनाम यूओआई के अंतिम परिणाम के अध्यधीन होगी ।
2. यह तदर्थ पदोन्नति अधिकारी को अनिश्चितकाल तक ग्रेड में बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु चयन सूची में शामिल होने अथवा केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के ग्रेड -1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करती । तदर्थ नियुक्ति को बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय समाप्त किया जा सकता है । अधिकारी की यह तदर्थ पदोन्नति केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण , नई दिल्ली में लम्बित श्री पी. आर. शर्मा बनाम भारत संघ नामक ओ.ए. सं . 3294/2009 के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन होगी ।
