सं. 12-1/2010 प्रशा . III ( पी ) उप निदेशक के तीन पदों को यानि सीपीडीओ मुंबई, भुवनेश्वर और चंडीगढ़ में एक - एक पद को 15,600--39,100/- रुपये के वेतन बैंड + 6,600/ - रुपये के ग्रेड वेतन से बढ़ाकर 15,600--39,100/- रुपये के वेतन बैंड + 7,600/ - रुपये के ग्रेड वेतन में निदेशक के पद पर उन्नयन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी की संस्वीकृति प्रदान की जाती हैं । भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचित होने की तारीख से यह उन्नयन लागू होगा । उक्त पदों के उन्नयन के लिए दिनांक 08.02 . 2011 के यू.ओ. संख्या 1 ( 22 ) ई- III ( ख ) 22010 के तहत् व्यय विभाग की सहमति दी गई है ।
2. उक्त पदों को मई, 2007 में अधिसूचित निदेशक के पद के लिए भर्ती नियम के अनुसार संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से और उप निदेशक ग्रेड में वरीयता के आधार पर भरा जाएगा । उप निदेशक के पद पर कार्यरत सभी अधिकारी उन्नयन किए गए पदों पर प्रोन्नति के आगामी आदेशों तक 15,600--39,100/- रुपये के वेतन बैंड+ 6,600/- रुपये के ग्रेड वेतन में रहेंगे ।

No. 12-1 /2010-Admn. III (P)-Sanction of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed to up -gradation of three posts of Dy. director in CPDOs i.e. one post each in CPDO Mumbai , Bhubaneswar and Chandigarh in the Pay Band of Rs . 15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay of Rs . 6,600/- to the post of Director in the Pay Band of Rs . 15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay of Rs . 7,600/- . The up- gradation would take effect from the date of notification of the up -gradation in the Gazette of India. Up - gradation of the above posts has concurrence of Department of Expenditure vide their U.O. No. 1 (22) /E III (B)/ 2010 dated 08.09.2011 .
2.The said posts will be filled up as per the R/Rs for the post of Director notified in May, 2007 in consultation with UPSC and in order of seniority in the Grade of Dy. Director. All officers working in the Grade of Deputy director will continue to be in the Pay Band ofRs . 15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay of Rs . 6,600/- until further orders ofpromotion against the up-graded posts .
