2. तदर्थ पदोन्नति निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन होगी : -- (i) तदर्थ पदोन्नति, अनिश्चित रूप से ग्रेड में बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची मे समावेशन हेतु अथवा के.स.से. के ग्रेड -1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी ।
