संख्या एवी० 18016/03/2011 - एआई । इस मंत्रालय की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 11 मई, 2011 के अनुसरण में , एअर इंडिया के संबंध में वेतन/परिलब्धि युक्त्तिकरण और पुर्नसंरचना आदि समेत आई आर से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विचार करने के उद्देश्य से न्यायमूर्ति (सेवानिवृत्त ) डी० एम० धर्माधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति का कार्यकाल 31-01-2012 तक बढ़ाया जाता है । समिति की संदर्भ शर्ते और अन्य स्थितियाँ अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी ।

In continuation of this Ministry's Notification of even number dated the 11th May, 2011 , it has been decided to extend the tenure of the Committee constituted under the Chairmanship of Justice (Retired) D. M. Dharmadhikari to address various IR issues including pay/wage rationalization and restructuring etc. in respect ofAir India, upto 31-01-2012 . The terms of reference and other conditions of the Committee shall remain unchanged .
