2. श्री राजेन्द्र प्रसाद तिवारी की नियुक्ति ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर है । उपनिदेशक के ग्रेड में उनके द्वारा तदर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवा को उक्त ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजन और अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में पदोन्नति हेतु पात्रता के लिए शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा ।

" यह नियुक्ति अनंतिम है तथा जाति/जनजाति प्रमाण-पत्र की जांच उचित माध्यम द्वारा किए जाने की शर्त पर है तथा यदि जाँच में अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति जैसा भी मामला हो , का दावा असत्य पाया गया तो आगे कोई कारण बताए बिना सेवाएं तत्काल समाप्त कर दी जाएंगी और असत्य प्रमाण- पत्र प्रस्तुत करने के लिए भारतीय दंड संहिता के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत, जैसा भी उपयुक्त होगा बिना किसी द्वेषभाव के आगे कार्रवाई की जाएगी । "
