2. विधायी विभाग, विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय में दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर, 2010 से 01 जनवरी , 2012 तक उप विधायी परामर्शी के रूप में श्री जी. पी. श्रीवास्तव की अस्थायी सेवा उन्हें इस विभाग में उक्त पद पर लियन रखने का अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करती है ।

2. कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग के दिनांक 25.10.2011 के का.ज्ञा. सं. 3/1/2011- सी.एस.- II( ए) ( पार्ट) के अनुसार, उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर की गई है और दिनांक 31.03.2012 तक की अवधि या पद के नियमित आधार पर भरे जाने तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , के लिए है तथा इसके आधार पर उन्हें ग्रेड में अनिश्चित समय तक बने रहने या प्रधान निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।
