सं. 13 - सी.ए. ( परीक्षा )/मई, 2012-- चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स रेगूलेशन 1988 के रेगुलेशन , 22 के अनुसार, दि कौंसिल ऑफ दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया को अधिसूचना जारी करने में प्रसन्नता है कि वृत्तिक सक्षमता परीक्षा ( पी.सी.ई. ) एकीकृत वृत्तिक सक्षमता परीक्षा (आई.पी.सी.ई. ) और फाईनल की परीक्षायें निम्नलिखित तिथियों तथा केन्द्रों पर होगी , बशर्ते कि प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा के लिए पर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते हैं ।
उसी प्रकार चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स रेगूलेशन , 1988 के अनुसूची ' जी ' के अनुसार पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन पाठ्यक्रम , इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमेंट ( आई.आर.एम. ) की परीक्षायें भी निम्नलिखित तिथियों तथा केन्द्रों ( केवल भारत स्थित केन्द्रों ) पर होगी , बशर्ते कि प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा में पर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते हैं ।

[भाग III-खण्ड 4 परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि किसी भी सूचीकृत बैंक के डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा " सचिव " दि इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया के पक्ष में होनी चाहिए और उसकी अदायगी नई दिल्ली पर हो ।
परिषद् अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिये रद्द कर सकती है। इन परीक्षाओं में प्रवेश के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र http://icaiexam.icai.org पर मुफ्त भर सकते हैं । ( अर्थात् अगर आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाईन भरे गये हो तो 500/ -. रु. आवेदन पत्र शुल्क नहीं लिया जायेगा ) अन्यथा निर्देशित फार्म पर जिसकी कॉपी अगर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इंडिया इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग , नई दिल्ली-110002 से 500/- शुल्क के साथ वृत्तिक सक्षमतः परीक्षा एकीकृत वृत्तिक सक्षमता परीक्षा एवं फाईनल परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं । इन्श्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमेंट परीक्षा के लिये आवेदन पत्र 100/- रु . प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान पर उपलब्ध होंगे। आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट के रीजनल और ब्रांचों के कार्यालयों में भी उपलब्ध हैं और नकद भुगतान करने पर 06 फरवरी , 2012 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं ।
परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र उपयुक्त शुल्क के साथ किसी भी सूचीकृत बैंक का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट लगाकर इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह अपर सचिव (परीक्षा ) के कार्यालय में 29 फरवरी , 2012 तक पहुंच जायें । विद्यार्थी परीक्षाओं के आवेदन पत्र इन्स्टीट्यूट के नई दिल्ली व विकेन्द्रित कार्यालयों मुंबई, चैन्नई, कोलकाता, कानपुर, दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, हैदराबाद, जयपुर व पूना में 29 फरवरी , 2012 के बाद 07 मार्च, 2012 तक 500/- रुपये विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ भी स्वीकार किये जायेंगे । 07 मार्च, 2012 के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पत्रों को स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा । विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षाओं के आवेदन पत्र इन्स्टीट्यूट के नई दिल्ली व विकेन्द्रित कार्यालयों मुंबई, कोलकाता, चैन्नई, कानपुर, दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, हैदराबाद , जयपुर एवं पूना में 07 मार्च , 2012 तक विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ स्वयं आकर भी दिया जा सकता है । इन नगरों में रहने वाले परीक्षार्थियों को इस सुविधा का फायदा लेने की सलाह दी जाती है ।
इंस्टीट्यूट के सदस्यों की परीक्षा- इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमेंट ( आई.आर.एम. ) परीक्षा के आवेदन पत्र केवल इंस्टीट्यूट के नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय में ही जमा कराये जा सकते हैं ।
विद्यार्थी परीक्षा के लिये ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भी भर सकते हैं जो कि http: \\ icaiexam.icai.org पर दिनांक 06 फरवरी, 2012 से 29 फरवरी , 2012 तक भरा जा सकेगा । ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने वाले विद्यार्थी परीक्षा शुल्क अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड वीजा या मास्टर कार्ड द्वारा कर सकते हैं । आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाईन भरने का प्रचार हेतु 500/- रु. के भुगतान नहीं करना पड़ेगा । ( अर्थात् अगर आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाईन भरे गये हों तो 500/- रु. आवेदन पत्र शुल्क नहीं लिया जायेगा ) । वृत्तिक सक्षमतः परीक्षा, एकीकृत वृत्तिक सक्षमता परीक्षा एवं फाईनल परीक्षा के विद्यार्थी से 29 फरवरी , 2012 के बाद 07 मार्च, 2012 तक 500/- रुपये विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ भी स्वीकार किये जायेंगे ।

उद्धरण सालार जंग संग्रहालय अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 8 ( 2 ) को जोड़ी जाने वाली प्रस्तावित नई धारा तथा अधिनियम 8 ( 2 ) , ( ख ) व ( ग ) के अधिनियम 8 ( 2 ): बोर्ड के अधीन सभी पदों की नियुक्तियां बोर्ड के द्वारा की जाएंगी , यदि श्रेणी I ( वरिष्ठ) तथा श्रेणी I ( कनिष्ठ) के मामले होने पर कार्यकारी समिति द्वारा , यदि श्रेणी II के मामले हो तो निदेशक, संग्रहालय के द्वारा , यदि श्रेणी III एवं श्रेणी IV के मामले हो तो इन पदों की रिक्तियां चयन समिति के सिफारिश पर की जाती है *

Payment of fees for the examinations should be made by Demand Draft only. The Demand Drafts may be of any Scheduled Bank and should be drawn in favour of The Secretary , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi only.
The Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason .
Applications for admission to these examinations are required to be made either on line at http://icatexam.icai.org free of cost (i.e. Rs . 500/- for PCE, IPCE & Final Candidates for the cost of application form shall not be charged if applications are filled in on line) or in the relevant prescibed form, copies ofwhich may be obtained from the Additional Secretary (Examinations ) , The Institute ofChartered Accountants of India, 'ICAI BHAWAN' , Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi - 110002 on payment ofRs . 500/- per application form in respect of Professional Competence Examination, Integrated Professional Competence Examination and Final Examination candidates . The cost of Examination application forms for Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) examination is Rs . 100/- per application form . The forms shall also be made available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and canbe obtained therefrom on cash payment on or from 6th February, 2012.

Applications together with the prescribed fee by Demand Draft of any Scheduled Bank may be sent so as to reach the Additional Secretary (Examinations ) at New Delhi not later than 29th February, 2012. However, applications will also be received directby Delhi Office after 29th February, 2012 and upto 7th March, 2012 with late fee ofRs . 500 /- .Applications received after 7th March, 2012 shall not be entertained under any circumstances. Applications for the students ' examinations only duly filled in will also be received by hand delivery at the office of Institute at New Delhi and at the Decentralised Offices of the Institute at Mumbai , Chennai , Kolkata , Kanpur , Delhi , Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad , Jaipur and Pune upto 7th March, 2012. Candidates residing in these cities are advised to take advantage of this facility.
However, application forms duly completed for the Post Qualification Course Examination i.e. Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) will be received only at the New Delhi office of the Institute .
The candidates who fill up the examination application form online at http://icaiexam.icai.org from 6th February, 2012 to 29th February, 2012 and remit the fee online by using either VISA or MASTER Credit/ Debit Card shall not be charged Rs . 500/- in case of PCE, IPCE and Final Examination (i.e. cost of application form fee) in order to popularize filling - in of application form online . the candidates of PCE, IPCE and Final Examinations can continue to fill in application forms online from 1st March , 2012 to 7th March 2012 (during which period late fee of Rs . 500/- will have to be paid by them as well).

Insurance & Risk Management ( IRM) Examination
Candidates of Professional Competence Examination (PCE )/Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE ) and Final Examination opting for Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Muscat Centre are required to remit, US $ 350 and US $ 400 respectively or its equivalent Indian Currency irrespective of whether the candidates appear in a group or in both the groups or in a unit .
Candidates of Professional Competence Examination (PCE)/Integrated Professional Competence Examination ( IPCE) and final Examinations opting for Kathmandu Centre are required to remit Indian Rs . 2250/- and Indian Rs . 3,000/- respectively or its equivalent relevant foreign currency irrespective of whether the candidates appear in a group or in both the groups or in a unit.
OPTION TO ANSWER PAPERS IN HINDI :
Candidates ofProfessional Competence Examination (PCE )/Integrated Professional Competence Examination ( IPCE) and Final Examinations will be allowed to opt for Hindi Medium for answering papers . Detailed information will be found printed in the notes for information and guidance of applicants attached to the relevant application form. However the medium of Examination will be only english in respect of Insurance and Risk Management ( IRM) Examination .
