(i ) तदर्थ प्रोन्नति से, ग्रेड में अनिश्चितकाल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्तिके लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के ग्रेड -1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने के लिए कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं हो सकेगा ।
( ii ) किसी भी समय , बिना कोई कारण बताए, तदर्थ आधार पर की गई नियुक्तिको समाप्त किया जा सकता है ।
(iii ) उन अधिकारियों जिन्होंने केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा की संवर्ग प्रशिक्षण योजना में लागू अनिवार्य स्तर ' घ ' प्रशिक्षण नहीं लिया है , को छः महीने की अवधि में उक्त प्रशिक्षण लेना होगा ।
(iv) तदर्थ प्रोन्नति, केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण , नई दिल्ली में लंबित ओए सं. 3294/2009, श्री पी . आर. शर्मा बनाम भारत संघ में होने वाले अंतिम निर्णय के अध्यधीन होगी ।
