(ITPCL) having its registered office at "B " Block, 4th floor, Navin's Presidium, 103 , Nelson Manickam Road, Amanjikarai, Chennai- 600029 (Tamil Nadu ) intends to apply to the Government of India to confer upon him all the powers under Section 164 ofthe Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of electric lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by the Government or to be so established or maintained and will undertake the survey, construction, installation, inspection , erection and other works to be followed by commissioning, operation, maintenance and other works for the following transmission scheme .
Scheme : 400KV D /C Quad Moose Dedicated Transmission Line from ITPCL Cuddalore (TPP) to 765/ 400KV Power Grid, Nagapattinam GISS ofApprox 47 Kms long, and bay extension work at 765 /400KV Nagapattinam GIS Substation of Power Grid. The Applicant intends to 'establish , commission, operate and maintain the above Scheme.
