सरकारी प्रतिभूति अधिनियम, 2006 की धारा 32 के अंतर्गत बनाए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के द्वारा बनाये गए सरकारी प्रतिभूति अधिनियम, 2007 के विनियम 14 के अनुसरण दिनांक 01 दिसम्बर 2007 को प्रकाशित किए गए राजपत्र सं. 22 के अनुसार तथा 29 अप्रैल 1954 की अधिसूचना सं . एफ ( 8 ) 70/बी. 52 और भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 फरवरी 1990 के धारण राजपत्र 67 के अंतर्गत दिसम्बर 2011 को समाप्त माह के लिए निम्नलिखित सूची खो गई आदि ऐसी प्रतिभूतियों के बारे में विज्ञापित की जाती है, जिसके संबंध में इस बात का विश्वास करने के लिए प्रथम दृष्टया आधार मौजूद है कि प्रतिभूतियां खो गयी हैं और आवेदकों का दावा न्यायोचित है । नीचे लिखे गये संबंधित दावेदारों से इतर सभी व्यक्ति जिनका प्रतिभूतियों पर किसी प्रकार का दावा हो, तत्काल महाप्रबन्धक, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक , केन्द्रीय कार्यालय , सरकारी और बैंक लेखा विभाग , केन्द्रीय ऋण विभाग , मुंबई रेलवे स्टेशन के सामने, मुंबई-400008 को सूचित करें ।

सं. 29 - सीए/लॉ/डी-209/2012- चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के साथ पठित, चार्टड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम , 1949 की धारा 20 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान को परिषद् द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 21 ( 6 ) ( ग ) के अनुसरण में , चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट निर्देश सं. 1/2007 में 18 नवम्बर, 2010 को यह आदेश दिया है कि श्री कुल रत्तन भसीन, एफसीए, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट, 61/5 , अनमोल हाउस , युसूफ सराय मार्किट, नई दिल्ली-110016 , ( सदस्य सं. 081304 ) के नाम को, उन्हें चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21 के साथ पठित धारा 22 के अधीन " अन्य अवचार " के अन्तर्गत वृत्तिक अवचार का दोषी पाए जाने के कारण पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटा दिया जाए । तद्नुसार, यह सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त श्री कुल रत्तन भसीन का नाम तारीख 01 अप्रैल , 2012 से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटा दिया जाएगा । उस अवधि के दौरान वह माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के उक्त आदेश के निबंधनानुसार चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट के रूप में व्यवसाय नहीं करेंगे ।
