2. अनुभाग अधिकारी के रूप में उपरोक्त सहायकों की तदर्थ नियुक्तियां निम्नलिखित नियम एवं शर्तों के अधीन होंगी :--
(क ) यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति, कामचलाऊ व्यवस्था होने के कारण, इससे अधिकारियों को अनिश्चित काल तक ग्रेड में बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में उनका नाम शामिल किए जाने या अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा पेश करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा । (ख ) यह तदर्थ व्यवस्था तब तक चलती रहेगी जब तक कि वरिष्ठता कोटा या सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा ( एलडीसीई ) के जरिए या अगले आदेशों तक अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में नियमित उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध नहीं होते । अगर तदर्थ रूप से नियुक्त व्यक्ति नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु इन दोनों श्रेणियों में अर्ह नहीं होते, तो उन्हें कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा आबंटित उनके संबंधित संवर्ग में उनके ( नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी ) द्वारा कार्यभार संभालने की तारीख से सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा ।

However, as per Minutes of Selection Committee Meeting dated 15.07.2011 approved by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) , the name of Shri Mahendra Singh Sisodia (Sl . No. 5) was included in the Select List provisionally subject to clearance of disciplinary proceedings by the State Government .
2. Subsequent to culmination of disciplinary proceedings against Shri Sisodia without any punishment, the State Government has certified the Integrity of Shri Sisodia. Accordingly, as per approval conveyed by Union Public Service Commission vide letter dated 15.12.2011 , the inclusion ofname of Shri Mahendra Singh Sisodia in the Select List of2008 A, prepared on 15.07.2011 for promotion to the IFS ofMadhya Pradesh Cadre may be treated as unconditional with prospective effect, i.e. 15.12.2011 in line with the observation made by UPSC .
