सं. एन -15/13/ 15/5/ 2010- यो. एवं वि.--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य ) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95 - क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 मार्च , 2012 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम -95 क तथा पश्चिम बंगाल कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात्: --

सं. एन-15/13/1/9/2011-यो . एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य ) विनियम 1950 के विनियम 95 - क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 (1948 का 34) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 मार्च, 2012 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-95 क तथा आन्ध्र प्रदेश कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ आन्ध प्रदेश राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात्: --
" आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में रंगारेड्डी जिले के मोइनाबाद मंडल में मोइनाबाद, कनकमामिडी, ऍकापल्ली , चिकूर एवं हिमायतनगर राजस्व गांव की सीमा में आने वाले सभी क्षेत्र । "
