राज्य सभा सचिवालय नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 16 मार्च 2012 सं. आरएस-3/8/ 1/2010/30- कार्मिक राज्य सभा के माननीय सभापति ने राज्य सभा सचिवालय में कार्यरत वरिष्ठ सुरक्षा सहायक श्री गुरविंदर सिंह गुलेरिया को 16 मार्च, 2012 के पूर्वाह्न से आगामी आदेशों तक इस सचिवालय में तदर्थ आधार पर 15,600--39,100/- रुपये के वेतन बैंड-3 + 5,400/- रुपये के ग्रेड वेतन तथा नियमों के अधीन स्वीकार्य समान्य भत्तों के साथ सुरक्षा अधिकारी के ग्रेड में स्थानापन्न रूप से कार्य करने के लिए नियुक्त किया है ।

2. श्री गुरविंदर सिंह गुलेरिया द्वारा सुरक्षा अधिकारी के ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवाओं की उस ग्रेड में वरीयता और अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में पदोन्नति के लिए गणना नहीं की जाएगी ।

( ग्रेड वेतन 4,800/- रु. ) के वेतनमान में नियुक्त करते हैं । तथापि, दिनांक 19 जनवरी, 2010 से वास्तविक पदोन्नति की तिथि तक उनकी नियुक्ति मात्र कल्पित होगी तथा अधिकारी पिछले वेतन के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा । वह अन्य परिणामी लाभों के लिए पात्र होंगे जो उनको नियमों के अंतर्गत प्राप्त होते हों ।
