बलदेव राज, अवर सचिव @ क्रम संख्या 1ए पर उपस्थित नाम को चयन सूची में अतिरिक्त रूप से सम्मिलित किया गया है । श्री डी. के. भारद्वाज का नाम, राज्य सरकार द्वारा सत्यनिष्ठा प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करने के अध्यधीन होने के कारण चयन सूची 2005 में अस्थाई रूप से सम्मिलित किया गया था श्रीडी. के. भारद्वाज को राज्य सरकार द्वारा सत्यनिष्ठा प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान न करने के कारण चयन सूची 2005 के आधार पर नियुक्त नहीं किया जासका । माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 21.08.06 के आदेशानुसार एक पद श्री डी. के. भारद्वाज के लिये आरक्षित किया गया है । चूंकि श्री डी. के. भारद्वाज राज्य पुलिस सेवा के सदस्य बने रहें । अतः पदोन्नति अधिनियम 5 ( 2 ) के उपबन्ध के आधार पर उनका नाम 2006 तथा उसके पश्चात् आने वाले वर्षों की रिक्तियों के लिये विचारणीय किया गया है । श्री डी. के. भारद्वाज के लिये 2005 में एक पद आरक्षित किया गया था । अतः उन्हें विचार क्षेत्र के सामान्य आकार में अतिरिक्त रूप से सम्मिलित किया गया और चयन समिति ने उन्हें चयन सूची में सम्मिलित करने हेतु योग्य पाया है । अतः उनका नाम चयन सूची के सामान्य आकार में अतिरिक्त रूप से सम्मिलित किया गया है ।
