Arbitration Between the Members of the Exchange and Members of Regional Stock Exchange
315 N Subject to such terms and conditions as may be stipulated by the respective stock exchanges with the prior approval of Securities and Exchange Board of India, the provisions of " arbitration between the Members " of the Exchange shall apply to the arbitration ( i) between the members of the regional stock exchange which has entered into MoU with BSE under Sec . 13 of SCR Act, 1956 and the Members of the Exchange, and ( ii) between the members of such regional stock exchanges .
