2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति डॉ. एन. आर. बट्टू को अपर विधायी परामर्शी (भारतीय विधि सेवा का ग्रेड- II ) के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए न तो कोई दावा करने का अधिकार प्रदान करेगी और न ही उनके द्वारा प्रदत्त तदर्थ सेवाओं की गणना इस ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजनार्थ अथवा अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में उनकी प्रोन्नति के लिए की जाएगी ।
