2. In pursuance of powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Demodar Valley Corporation Act , 1948 (XIV of 1948) the Central Government is pleased to appoint Shri I. C. P. Keshari , IAS , Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Power as part-time Member of Demodar Valley Corporation with effect from the date Shri I. C. P. Keshari assumes charge of the post until further orders .

In pursuance of powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Demodar Valley Corporation Act , 1948 (XIV of 1948) the Central Government appointed Shri Malay Kumar De, IAS , Principal Secretary Department of Power & NES , Government of West Bengal as part - time Member of Demodar Valley Corporation vice Notification No. 14/2/2005- DVC dated 14th December , 2010. Shri Malay Kumar De will continue as part-time Member of Demodar Valley Corporation.

In pursuance of powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) ofSection 4 of the Demodar Valley Corporation Act, 1948 (XIV of 1948) the Central Government is pleased to appoint Shri Vimal Kirti Singh , IAS, Principal Secretary ( Energy) , Government of Jharkhand as part- time Member of Demodar Valley Corporation vide Shri N. N. Pandey, with effect from the date Shri Vimal Kirti Singh assumes charge of the post until further orders .
