सं. एन -15/13/16/1/2011- यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95- क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 अप्रैल , 2012 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम -95 क तथा हरियाणा कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ हरियाणा राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात्:--

" तहसील धमतरी , जिला धमतरी में राजस्व ग्राम धमतरी रूद्री , अर्जनी, संबलपुर, रत्नाबांधा, आमदी, अछोटा, तथा धमतरी नगरपालिका की सीमाओं के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी क्षेत्र । "
