भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के शेयरधारकों की 57वीं वार्षिक महासभा " वाई. बी. चव्हाण ऑडिटोरियम " , वाई . बी. चव्हाण सेंटर, जनरल जगन्नाथ भोसले मार्ग, नरीमन पॉइंट, मुंबई -400021 ( महाराष्ट्र) में शुक्रवार दिनांक 22 जून, 2012को अपराह्न 03.30 बजे निम्नलिखित कार्य के निष्पादन हेतु होगी : --
" स्टेट बैंक का 31 मार्च 2012 तक का तुलन- पत्र और लाभ एवं हानि खाता तथा इस लेखा अवधि की स्टेट बैंक की कार्य- प्रणाली और कार्यकलाप पर केन्द्रीय बोर्ड की रिपोर्ट और तुलन- पत्र व लेखों पर लेखा परीक्षकों की रिपोर्ट प्राप्त करना, उस पर चर्चा करना और उसे स्वीकार करना "

एतद्वारा यह सूचित किया जाता है कि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक का शेयरधारक रजिस्टर वर्ष 2011-2012 के लाभांश , यदि कोई है, का भुगतान करने के लिये शनिवार, 26 मई 2012 से बृहस्पतिवार, 31 मई 2012 ( इन दोनों दिनों को शामिल करते हुए ) तक की अवधि के लिये, शेयरों के अंतरण हेतु बंद रहेगा ।

एच. के. मेहता उप- निदेशक ( यो. एवं वि. ) में महानिदेशक ने 01 अप्रैल, 2012 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-95क तथा छत्तीसगढ़ कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम 1954 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्:--
दिनांक 28 मार्च 2012 " जिला रायपुर तहसील तिल्दा में राजस्व ग्राम-तिल्दा, बैकुंठ, तण्डवा, बहेसर, केन्दु, नेवरा तथा जिला वलौदा बाजार, तहसील वलौदा बाजार में राजस्व ग्राम वलौदा बाजार, रावन, सोनाडीह के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी क्षेत्र । "

सं. एन--15/13/8/3/2012-यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य ) विनियम1950 के विनियम 95 - क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 अप्रैल, 2012 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-95क तथा छत्तीसगढ़ कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम 1954 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात्:---
" तहसील धमतरी , जिला धमतरी में राजस्व ग्राम धमतरी, रूद्री, अर्जुनी , संबलपुर , रतनाबांधा, आमदी, अछोटा , तथा धमतरी नगरपालिका की सीमाओं के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी क्षेत्र । "

No. N - 15 /13/ 8 /4 /2012 -P & D-In pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46(2) of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948 ) , read with Regulation 95 - A of the Employees' State Insurance (General ) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 1st April , 2012 as the date from which the medical benefits as laid down in the said Regulation 95- A and the Chattisgarh Employees ' State Insurance (MedicalBenefit) Rules , 1954 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the following areas in the State of Chattisgarh namely :-
" To receive, discuss and adopt the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account of the State Bank made upto the 31st day of March 2012, the report of the Central Board on the working and activities of the State Bank for the period covered by the Accounts and the Auditor's Report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts . "
