The approval of the Deputy Director , Forward Markets Commission, under Section 11 ( 1 ) of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) read with the Government of India , Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S. O. 1162 dated 04th May, 1960 has been obtained on the 03rd May, 2012 , to the following amendments , made to the Bye- laws of the National Board of Trade Ltd. , Indore and the same is notified under Sub- section 4 of Section 11 of the said Act .

Janjgir- Champa 829 (a) Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing provisions regarding buying - in/ selling out by the Exchange in respect of failure to tender or take delivery as the case may be , the Board of Directors of the Exchange may, in respect of any commodity for which futures trading is being organized under the auspices of the Exchange , under circumstances which shall warrant that the buying- in/ selling- out by the Exchange shall not be in the interest of trade , allow closing out of contracts by imposing a penalty on the member/ s who is / are not fulfilling the contractual obligation of tendering/ taking delivery as the case may be which shall be decided by the Executive Committee , provided that , the same is announced to the trade along with the penalty details before opening the contract in respect of the commodity to which this provisions is being made applicable .

Athena Chhattisgarh Power Limited having its Registered office 7-1/24/1 /RT, G - 1 , B - Block, Roxana Towers , Greenlands Begumpet, Hyderabad -500016 intends to apply/ has applied to the Government of India to confer upon him all the powers under Section 164 of the Electricity Act , 2003 for the placing of electric lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 with respectto the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained , by the Government or to be so established or maintained and will undertake the survey, construction , installation , inspection , erection and other works to be followed by commissioning , operation , maintenance and other works for the following transmission schemes .
