सं. : गैबैँपवि ( नीप्र ) 246/मुमप्र ( यूएस ) -2012-- भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक , जनता के हित में यह आवश्यक समझकर और इस बात से संतुष्ट होकर कि देश के हित में ऋण प्रणाली को विनियमित करने के लिए, बैंक को समर्थ बनाने के प्रयोजन से 22 फरवरी 2007 की अधिसूचना सं . डीएनबीएस/ 193 .डीजी ( वीएल ) -2007 में अंतविष्ट गैर- बैंकिंग वित्तीय ( जमाराशियां नहीं स्वीकारने या नहीं धारण करने वाली ) कंपनियां विवेकपूर्ण मानदण्ड ( रिजर्व बैंक ) निदेश 2007 ( इसके बाद इसे निदेश कहा जाएगा ) को संशोधित करना आवश्यक है । भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 2 ) की धारा 45 ञक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस संबंध में प्राप्त समस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त निदेश को तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नवत संशोधित करने का निदेश देता है यथा-- पैरा 20 में , उप पैरा 13 के बाद निम्नलिखित सब पैरा जोड़ा जाए, यथा : --
" ( 14 ) पीपीपी और पोस्ट वाणिज्यिक परिचालन तारीख ( सीओडी ) परियोजनाओं के अंतर्गत आने वाली परिसंपत्तियां के लिए इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फाइनेंस कंपनियों का जोखिम भार 50 प्रतिशत होगा , जिन्होंने न्यूनतम एक वर्ष का संतोषजनक वाणिज्यिक परिचालन पूरा कर लिया हो । "

No. DNBS (PD ) . 246/CGM (US )-2012- The Reserve Bank of India , having considered it necessary in public interest and being satisfied that, for the purpose of enabling the Bank to regulate the credit system to the advantage of the country, it is necessary to amend the Non - Banking Financial (Non - Deposit Accepting or Holding ) Companies Prudential Norms ( Reserve Bank) Directions , 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the said Directions ) , contained in Notification No. DNBS.193 /DG (VL) -2007 dated February 22 , 2007 , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45JA of the Reserve Bank of India Act , 1934 (2 of 1934) and of all the powers enabling it in this behalf, hereby directs that the said Directions shall be amended with immediate effect as follows , namely-
1. In para 20 , a new sub - para shall be inserted after sub -para 13 , as follows :-
" ( 14) For Infrastructure Finance Companies , the risk weight for assets covering PPP and post Commercial Operations Date ( COD ) projects which have completed at least one year of satisfactory commercial operations shall be at 50 percent " .
