गृह मंत्रालय नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 3 जुलाई 2012
सरकार ने श्री मोइनुल हसन के राज्य सभा की सदस्यता से निवृत्त होने के कारण हुई रिक्ति के प्रति श्री अली अनवर अंसारी , संसद सदस्य, राज्य सभा, 74 नार्थ एवेन्यू, नई दिल्ली-110001 को राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा निगरानी समिति (एनएमसीएमई ) के सदस्य के रूप में नामित करने का निर्णय लिया है । श्री अली अनवर अंसारी का कार्यकाल 22.12.2014 तक होगा ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक- एक प्रति समिति के अध्यक्ष और अन्य सदस्यों को भेज दी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को आम सूचना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित कर दिया जाए ।

सं. 11022/48 /2008- पीएमए इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 26 अप्रैल 2012 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में तथा इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 27 अगस्त 1969की अधिसूचना संख्या 9/11/69- पी- IV, दिनांक 19 अप्रैल , 1974 की अधिसूचना संख्या 9/ 94/72- जी पी ए- II, दिनांक 03 दिसम्बर, 1976 की अधिसूचना संख्या 9 / 78/74- जी पी ए- II ( III) , दिनांक 25 मार्च 1977 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/68 / 76- जी पी ए- III, दिनांक 23 सितम्बर , 1989 की अधिसूचना संख्या 11026/5/88 -एन पी सी, दिनांक 08.08.2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या 11022/ 6/2001 - पीएमए तथा दिनांक 22.06.2010 की अधिसूचना संख्या 11024/01 /2008 - पीएमए के क्रम में तथा राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय की दिनांक 23 फरवरी, 1962 की अधि ासूचना संख्या 30 - प्रेस/ 62 के अंतर्गत 03 मार्च, 1962 को भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचित पुलिस ( विशेष ड्यूटी ) मेडल प्रदान किए जाने को शासित करने संबंधी नियमों के नियम 1 के अनुसार केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा, यह विनिर्दिष्ट करती है कि राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा गारद में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर राज्य पुलिस अधिकारियों तथा आईपीएस अधिकारियों सहित केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल के कार्मिक ( अनुसचिवीय स्टॉफ तथा सिविल इंजीनियरिंग स्टॉफ को छोड़कर ) भी राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा गारद में दो वर्ष की सतत् सेवा सफलतापूर्वक पूरी करने के बाद पुलिस ( विशेष ड्यूटी ) मेडल प्रदान किए जाने के लिए पात्र होंगे ।
2. ये आदेश जारी किए जाने की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे ।

Subject: National Book Promotion Council-Setting up of No. 11022 /48 / 2008 - PMA-In supersession of this Ministry's Notification of even number dated 26th April , 2012 and in continuation to this Ministry's Notification No. 9/11/69 -P.IV dated 27th August, 1969, No. 9/ 94/72 -GPA.II dated 19th April , 1974, No. 9/ 78 /74- GPA.II ( III) dated 3rd December, 1976, No. 1/68/76-GPA.III dated 25th March, 1977, No. 11026/5/ 88 - NPC dated 23rd September, 1989, No. 11022/ 6/2001-PMA dated 08.08.2001 and No. 11024/01 /2008 -PMΑ dated 22.06.2010 and in accordance with the Rule 1 of the Rules governing the award of Police ( Special Duty ) Medal notified in the Gazette of India on 3rd March , 1962 under the President's Secretariat Notification No. 30-Pres/62 dated 23rd Feb. , 1962 , the Central Government hereby specify that the CAPF personnel alongwith State Police Officers as well as IPS officers on deputation to NSG ( excluding the ministerial staff and civil engineering staff) will also be eligible for the award of the Police (Special Duty) Medal on successful completion of continuous service of two years in NSG.
2. These orders will take effect from the date of issue .
