कालिक प्रबंध निदेशक का समावेश होगा , चाहे उसे अथवा उन्हें किसी भी नाम से जाना जाता हो ) के रुप में ऐसी शर्तों तथा उन्हें उचित लगे ऐसी अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करेगा जो एक समय पर पांच वर्षों से अधिक नहीं होगी और समय समय पर ( जो उसके अथवा उनके तथा कंपनी के बीच हुए किसी करार के प्रावधानों के अधीन होगी ) उसे या उन्हें हटा सकते है अथवा पदच्युत कर सकते है और उस मामले के अनुसार उसके अथवा उनके स्थान या स्थानों पर दूसरे व्यक्ति अथवा दूसरे व्यक्तियों को नियुक्त कर सकते है .
