फाईल सं. के-12012/5/4/2011- यो. एवंअनु./एआईएचबी--दिनांक 05 जुलाई, 2012 के इस समसंख्यक कार्यालय संकल्प के आंशिक संशोधन में तत्काल प्रभाव से श्री बलदेव पनवर, ए-25 , हरित विहार, बुराड़ी -110084 का नाम एतद्वारा अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के सदस्यों की सूची में वापिस एवं निरस्त किया जाता है ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक- एक प्रति सभी संबंधितों को भेजी जाए तथा इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

( ख) भारत सरकार ने विभिन्न मंत्रालयों/विभागों और अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों में श्रेणी- III ( अब समूह ग ) (अतकनीकी) पदों की भर्ती करने के लिए भारत सरकार के कार्मिक और प्रशासनिक सुधार विभाग में उसके संकल्प सं. 46/1 ( एस)/ 74- स्था. (ख ) तारीख 04 नवम्बर, 1975 द्वारा अधीनस्थ सेवा आयोग के नाम से एक आयोग का गठन किया था जिसे तत्पश्चात् 26 सितम्बर, 1977 से कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के रूप में पुनः पदाभिहित किया गया है । कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के कृत्यों का समय - समय पर विस्तार किया गया था और कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के गठन और कृत्य संकल्प सं. 39018 /01/1998- स्था. (ख) -खण्ड- II दिनांक 14.01.2011 द्वारा और परिवर्तित किए गए थे । 2. अब संकल्प सं . 39018/01 / 1998- स्था. ( ख ) -खण्ड- II दिनांक 14.01.2011 में तुरंत प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का विनिश्चय किया गया है , अर्थात्: --
(क) दिनांक 14.01.2011 के संकल्प के पैरा 2 क( i) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा : --

" पैरा 2 क( i ) - भारत सरकार और उसके संबद्ध तथा अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों में वेतन बैंड-2 और वेतन बैंड-1 में ग्रेड वेतन 4,800/ - रु . तक आने वाले समूह ' ख ' ( अराजपत्रित ) और समूह ' ग ' ( अतकनीकी ) पदों पर प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं के माध्यम से भर्ती करना सिवाय ऐसे पदों के जिन्हें कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के कार्यक्षेत्र सेविशिष्ट रूप से छूट दी गई है । " ।
(ख) दिनांक 14.01.2011 के संकल्प के पैरा 2 क ( ii) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा :--
फाईल सं. के -12012/5/4/2011- पी एण्ड आर/ एआईएचबी/7429-- अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड, दिनांक 08 दिसम्बर, 2011 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के तहत् दो वर्ष के लिए पुनर्गठित किया गया था । भारत सरकार ने दिनांक 08.12.2011 , 06.07.2012 तथा 03.08.2012 के संकल्प के तहत् गठित मौजूदा अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के सभी पदाधिकारियों और गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों को यथावत् रखते हुए श्री किशोर दहीवाले, न्यूइन्दौरा रोड, जरिपटका, नागपुर को अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के नए गैर- सरकारी सदस्य के रूप में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है।
" पैरा 2क(ii ) - भारत सरकार के अधीन वेतन बैंड-2 और वेतन बैंड-1 में ग्रेड वेतन 4,800/- रु. तक आने वाले ऐसे अराजपत्रित पदों परसाक्षात्कार के माध्यम से चयन द्वारा भर्ती करना जो आयोग के विवेकानुसार छंटनी या कौशल परीक्षण के पश्चात् हो । " ।

टिप्पणी-- मुख्य संकल्प सं. 39018/01/98 - स्था. ( ख ) -खण्ड- II भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग 1 , खंड 1 दिनांक 17 जनवरी , 2011 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक- एक प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, प्रधानमंत्री सचिवालय, संसदीय कार्य विभाग , लोक सभा सचिवालय और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि संकल्प को आम सूचना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं. 7-1/2011 बी.पी. उपर्युक्त विषय पर इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर, 2011 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के अनुक्रम में मुझे यह सूचित करना है कि उपर्युक्त संकल्प के पैराग्राफ 5 ( च ) में उल्लेख किए गए मौजूदा पदेन सदस्योंके अलावा निम्नलिखित को भी राष्ट्रीय पुस्तक संवर्धन परिषद्के पदेन सदस्यों के रूप में शामिल किया जाता है :--

RESOLUTION
No. 24012/ 29 /2011- Estt . (B )-Government of India in the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms vide its Resolution No. 46/1 (s )/74 -Estt . (B) dated 4th November, 1975 constituted a Commission called the Subordinate Services Commission which has subsequently been re -designated as Staff Selection Commission effective from the 26th September, 1977 to make recruitment to various Class III (Now Group "C' ) (Non - technical ) posts in the various Ministries/ Departments ofthe Government of India and in Subordinate offices . The functions of the Staff Selection Commission was enlarged from time to time and , the Constitution and functions of the Staff Selection Commission were modified further vide Resolution No. 39018 /01 / 1998 - Estt . (B) -Vol.II dated 14.01.2011 .
2. It has now been decided to make following amendments to the Resolution No. 39018/ 1/ 98- Estt . ( B) -Vol.II dated 14.01.2011 with immediate effect, namely.--
(a) In para 2A . ( i) of the Resolution dated 14.01.2011 , the existing entry shall be substituted as-
"Para 2A. ( i ) -make recruitment to Group 'B' (Non- gazetted) and Group ' C' (Non - technical ) posts under Government of India and their attached and subordinate offices , except those post which are specifically exempt from the purview of the Staff Selection Commission, in Pay Band- 2 and Pay Band - 1 carrying Grade Pay upto Rs . 4,800/- through conduct of competitive examinations . " .
(b) In para 2A. ( ii ) of the Resolution dated 14.01.2011 , the existing entry shall be substituted as-
"Para 2A. ( ii) -make recruitment to such non-gazetted posts under Government of India by selection through interviews , in Pay Band - 2 and Pay Band- 1 carrying Grade Pay upto Rs . 4,800/ - which may, at the discretion of the Commission , be preceded by a shortlisting or skill test ." .

The 8th August 2012 RESOLUTION
No. K- 12012/5/4/2011 -P & R/AIHB/7429-The All India Handicrafts Board was reconstituted vide Resolution of even number dated 8th December 2011 , for a tenure of two years . The Government of India has decided to induct Shri Kishor Dahiwale , New Indora Road , Jaripatka , Nagpur as new non - official member in the All India Handicrafts Board, while retaining all officials and non - official members of the existing All India Handicrafts Board constituted vide Resolution dated 08.12.2011 , 06.07.2012 & 03.08.2012 .
The present strength of the Board shall be 75 members comprising of Chairman , Co- Chairperson , Vice Chairperson , 27 Official Members , including Member Secretary and 45 Non- official Members , in the re-constituted All India Handicrafts Board .
All other terms & conditions recorded in the Resolution dated 8th December 2011 will however , remain same and unchanged.
