बैंपविवि. सं . आरईटी . बीसी . 32/12.02.001 / 2012-13-- बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 ( 1949 का 10) की धारा 24 की उप -धारा (2क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा 16 दिसम्बर 2010 की अधिसूचना बँपविवि. सं. आरईटी . बीसी. 66/12.02 . 001/2010-11 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा यह विनिर्दिष्ट करता है कि 11 अगस्त 2012 से शुरू होने वाले पखवाड़े से प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक 09 मई 2011 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी.91/12.02.001/2011-12 और 17 अप्रैल 2012 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 94/12.02.001/2011-12 में यथावर्णित आस्तियां भारत में बनाए रखेगा जिनको मूल्य किसी भी दिन कारोबार की समाप्ति पर दूसरे पूर्ववर्ती पखवाड़े के अंतिम शुक्रवार को भारत में कुल निवल मांग और मियादी देयताओं के 23 प्रतिशत से कम नहीं होगा।

बैंपविवि. सं . आरईटी बीसी . 43/12.01.001 / 2012-13-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 की धारा 42 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा पूर्व में जारी 9 मार्च 2012 की अधिसूचना बैपविवि. सं . आरईटी. बीसी. 85/12.01.001/2011-12 मेंआंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि 22 सितम्बर 2012 को आरंभ होने वाले पखवाड़े से प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक द्वारा रखा जाने वाला औसत आरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात (सीआरआर ) उनकी निवल भांग और मियादी देयताओं का 4.50 प्रतिशत होगा ।

( i ) छात्रों के फीडबेक अनुसार ( न्यूनतम औसत स्कोर 5 और अधिकतम स्कोर 2.5 से बाहर होना चाहिए । ) के अनुसार " शैक्षिक मामलों में शासी परिषद, एवं कार्यकारी परिषद के अध्यादेश पर बनाई गई" और आवश्यकता अनुसार विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम की धारा 44 के अधीन आवश्यक परिवर्तन करने योग्य बनाया गया है ।

( 1) अध्याय- XX खण्ड-8.2
रूप से इस प्रकार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :
जिन शिक्षक को छात्रों के फीडबैक में कम से कम 2.5 स्कोर नहीं पाये होजिनको सहकर्मचारी की मूल्यांकन और समीक्षा अनुसार रिपोर्ट संतोषजनक रहे तो परिवीक्षा अवधि के पूरा होने के बाद, पुष्टि खाते में मिलाया जाएगा ।
खण्ड-8.2 में निहित शर्तों के विषय में पीएच.डी. में अध्ययनार्थ छुट्टी के साथ संबंध विषयों पर अनुशासन प्रासंगिक सेवा के लिए न्यूनतम दो साल के हो, एवं इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए कॉलेजों विश्वविद्यालयों में जहां शिक्षकों और अन्य संवर्गों के लिए रिक्त पद उपलब्धता वहां सम्मान पूर्व भुगतान प्राप्त किया जाए, इसिलिए शिक्षकों की योग्यता पीएच.डी. या इससे अधिक न होने पर प्रवेश संवर्गों में योग्यता हासिल करने के बजाय कैरियर संबंधित विषयों में जल्द से जल्द प्रोत्साहित किया जा सकता है ।
जिन शिक्षक को परिवीक्षा अवधि में छात्रों के फीडबेक 2.5 से कम स्कोर पाये हो उसके प्रदर्शन भी संतोषजनक नहीं पाया जाये उनको परिवीक्षा अवधि अधिकतम एक वर्ष बढ़ाया जा सकता है ( लेकिन छात्रों के फीडबेक उक्तकाल अवधि में कम से कम 2.5 स्कोर पाना जरूरी है । ) ऐसी हालत में उसकी सेवा एक महीने या एक महीने के वेतन के साथ नोटिस एवज में भुगतान कर समाप्त करा सकता है ।
(2) अध्याय- XX खण्ड-11.0 परिवीक्षा एवं पुष्टि की अवधि से संबंधित रूपों को इस प्रकार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।.
विस्तरित अवधि सहित , यदि कोई उपरोक्त प्रावधानों के तहत पुष्टि/या सेवाओ की परिवीक्षा अवधि के विस्तार हो तो उसकी घोषणा के आदेश परिवीक्षा अवधि के पूरा होने के छह सप्ताह के भीतर जारी किया जाएगा ।
सभी नव नियुक्त शिक्षकों को एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर ग्रेडमें प्रारंभिक नियुक्तिकी तारीख से रखा जाएगा ।
शिक्षकों की परिवीक्षा नियुक्ति अवधि के दौरान बिना सूचना और बिना कारण बताए सेवा समाप्त करने का अधिकार प्राधिकारी को है ।
केन्द्रसरकार के सभी अन्य परिवीक्षा और पुष्टि नियम फेरफार के साथ लागूहोगा ।
जे. सम्पत एक वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि के पूरा होने के बाद, रिपोर्ट के अनुसार शिक्षक के लिए पुष्टि खाते में मिलाया जाएगा ।

AMENDMENTS TO THE ACADEMIC ORDINANCE
(i) In Chapter-XX Clause 8.2 (ii) relating to Study leave shall be substituted as follows:-

BC . 32/12.02.001/2012- 13-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2A) of Section 24 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 ( 10 of 1949) and, in partial modification of the Notification DBOD No. Ret . BC . 66/ 12.02.001 /2010-11 dated December 16, 2010 , the Reserve Bank hereby specifies that with effect from the fortnight beginning August 11 , 2012, every Scheduled Commercial Bank shall maintain in India assets as detailed in notification DBOD No. Ret BC 91/12.02.001 /2010-11 dated May 09, 2011 and DBOD No. Ret BC . 94/12.02.001/2011-12 dated April 17 , 2012, the value of which shall not at the close ofbusiness on any day be less than 23 per cent ofthe total net demand and time liabilities in India as on the last Friday of the second preceding fortnight.
Subject to the terms contained in this Clause 8.2 , inrespect ofgranting study leave with pay for acquiring Ph. D. in a relevant discipline while in service , the number of years to be put in after entry would be a minimum of two years subject to satisfactory completion of probation, keeping in mind the availability of vacant positions for teachers and other cadres in colleges and universities, so that a teacher and other cadres entering service without Ph. D. or higher qualification could be encouraged to acquire these qualifications in the relevant disciplines at the earliest rather than at a later stage ofthe career .

"All newly appointed teachers will be placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of initial appointment in the grade .
During the period of probation, the appointing authority has the power to terminate the service of teachers without notice and without assigning any reasons .
Oncompletion of one year probation period , the following reports will be taken into the account for confirmation of the teacher:

If his/ her performance during the extended period of probation is also not found satisfactory (i.e. if the score in the students feed back assessment continues to be less than 2.5) , his/ her services may be terminated any time with either a notice of one month or payment of one month salary in lieu.
The orders of the declaration of the probation and confirmation/ extension of probation period or termination of services under the above provisions would be issued within six weeks of completion of probation period , including extended period , if any.
All other Central Government rules on probation and confirmation shall be applicable mutatis mutandis. "
