सं. ई -11016/1/2009- हिन्दी--कोयला मंत्रालय की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के गठन संबंधी दिनांक 23.03.2011 के समसंख्यक " संकल्प " में निम्नलिखित आंशिक संशोधन किया जाता है : --
श्री राजनीति प्रसाद, संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) , सदस्य के स्थान पर प्रो . एस. पी. सिंह बघेल, 'संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) को सदस्य के रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि " संकल्प " की एक - एक प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ शासित क्षेत्रों के प्रशासकों, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय , योजना आयोग , लोक सभा सचिवालय, राज्य सभा सचिवालय , भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों तथा कोयला मंत्रालय और इसके अधीन सभी कंपनियों/अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों/उपक्रमों/स्वायत्तशासी निकायों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

Shri Rajniti Prasad, M.P. (Rajya Sabha) , Member may be replaced by Prof. S. P. Singh Baghel , M.P. (Rajya Sabha) as Member.

Ordered that a copy ofthis resolution be communicated to all State Governments and Union Territory Administrations , Prime Minister's Office , President Secretariat , Cabinet Secretariat, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs , Planning Commission, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Comptroller & Auditor General of India, Controller ofAccounts , M/o Coal , all the Ministries /Departments of the Government of India and the Ministry of Coaland all Companies / Subordinate Offices/ Undertaking/Autonomous Bodies under its control .
