संकल्पित है कि धारा 484 ( 1 ) ( बी) एवं अन्य प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, यदि कोई हो, कम्पनीज़ अधिनियम , 1956 के अनुसरण में कम्पनी के शेयरधारकों की स्वीकृति से कम्पनी के सदस्यों की स्वैच्छिक रूप से समाप्त तथा बन्द की जाएगी ।
