अपना पद छोड़ देने के परिणामस्वरूप , उनके निजी स्टॉफ में सह-सत्रावसानी आधार पर प्रथम वैयक्तिक सहायक के पद पर नियुक्त श्री सुदर्शन कुमार की सेवाएं दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर, 2012 के अपराह्न से सहर्ष समाप्त करते हैं और जल संसाधन मंत्रालय में प्रत्यावर्तित करते हैं।
सं. ए-11013/17/2011-प्रशा.-3-- राष्ट्रपति, योजना मंत्रालय के राज्य मंत्री ( डॉ. अश्वनी कुमार ) द्वारा दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर, 2012 को अपना पद छोड़ देने के परिणामस्वरूप , उनके निजी स्टॉफ में सह-सत्रावसानी आधार पर सहायक निजी सचिव के पद पर नियुक्त श्री परदीप बजाज की सेवाएं दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर, 2012 के अपराह्न से सहर्ष समाप्त करते हैं और सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय में प्रत्यावर्तित करते हैं ।
2. उन्हें 15 दिनों की अवधि अर्थात् दिनांक11 नवम्बर, 2012 के अपराह्न तक शेष कार्यों के निपटान के लिए अनुमति दी जाती है । तदोपरान्त, उक्त निपटान अवधि की समाप्ति के उपरान्त वे अपने मूल कार्यालय अर्थात् जल संसाधन मंत्रालय में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने हेतु योजना आयोग से कार्यमुक्त हो जाएंगे ।

2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति ग्रेड में अनिश्चित काल के लिए बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के ग्रेड-1 के लिए वरिष्ठता आदि का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करती है ।
3. इसके अतिरिक्त, यह नियुक्ति, केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक न्यायाधिकरण (प्रधान पीठ ) नई दिल्ली में लम्बित ओ. ए. संख्या 1083/2007 में दिए गए अंतिम निर्णय और इससे संबंधित अन्य मामलों में , ओ.ए. संख्या 1083/2007 के अतिरिक्त, किसी अन्य सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए किसी अन्य आदेश के अंतिम परिणाम के अध्यधीन होगी ।

2. The promotion of the above officers is subject to successful completion of the probation period of one year . On promotion, the officers are entitled to the option of fixation of their pay in the revised pay structure from the date of promotion or the date of next annual increment in accordance with the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules , 2008 and instructions issued by the Government in this regard. Such option must be exercised within one month from the date of promotion.
3. In the case of Dr. Debabrata Roy, the above promotion shall not affect his financial upgradation already granted under the Modified ACP scheme in any manner and he will continue to draw the same pay and allowances as hithertofore .
