सं. 13 - सी.ए. ( परीक्षा ) /आई.एस.ए./दिसम्बर/2012--चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स रेगूलेशन 1988 [जो अधिसूचना संख्या-1 सी.ए. ( 7 ) /59 /2001 दिनांक 28 सितम्बर 2001 के द्वारा संशोधित किया गया ] के नियम -7 अनुसूची ' एफ ' के रेगुलेशन 204 के अनुसार, दि काउंसिल ऑफ दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया को अधिसूचना जारी करने में प्रसन्नता है कि इनफोरमेशन सिस्टम्स ऑडिट ( आई.एस.ए. ) कोर्स की निर्धारित परीक्षा ( असेसमेन्ट टेस्ट) दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2012 ( शनिवार ) को प्रातः 10.30 बजे से 2.30 बजे सांय तक निम्नलिखित केन्द्रों पर होगी , बशर्ते कि प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा के लिये पर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते हैं ।

परिषद् अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिये रद्द कर सकती है । यह परीक्षा इंस्टीट्यूट के केवल पात्र सदस्य जोकि पहले से ही पंजीकृत हैं के लिये है । इस परीक्षा ( असेसमेन्ट टैस्ट) के लिये परीक्षा शुल्क 1,000/- ( एक हजार रुपये ) मात्र है ।
इस परीक्षा के लिये आवेदन निर्धारित आवेदन पत्रों पर ही किया जाना चाहिये जो कि अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) , दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट ऑफ इण्डिया , आईसीएआई भवन , इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग, नई दिल्ली -110002 से 100 / - रुपये प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान करने पर मिल सकता है । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट के रीजनल और ब्रांचों के कार्यालय में भी उपलब्ध है और नकद भुगतान करने पर 14 नवम्बर, 2012 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट की वेबसाइट डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू. आईसीएआई. ओआरजी से प्रिन्ट करके परीक्षा शुल्क 1,100/ - रुपये डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के साथ भी भेजा जा सकता है । आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 30 नवम्बर है । आवेदन पत्र निर्धारित परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ स्पीड पोस्ट/ रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) , नई दिल्ली को भेजा जाना है ।
परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि का भुगतान केवल डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा होगा जो किसी भी शेड्यूल बैंक का होना चाहिये । डिमांड ड्राफ्ट ' सचिव ' दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट ऑफ इण्डिया के पक्ष में होना चाहिए और उसकी अदायगी नई दिल्ली पर हो । आवेदन पत्र उपयुक्त शुल्क के साथ इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) के कार्यालय में दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2012 तक पहुंच जायें ।
दिनांक 30 नवम्बर के पश्चात आवेदन पत्र किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे ।

The Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason . The above Test is open only to eligible Members of the Institute who are already registered with the Institute for the said course . The fees payable for the above Assessment Test is Rs . 1,000/- .
Applications for admission to the Assessment Test is required to be made in the prescribed form which may be obtained from the Additional Secretary (Exams . ) , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan , Indraprastha Marg , New Delhi - 110002 on payment of Rs . 100/ - per application form. The forms are also available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained upon cash payment on or from 14th November, 2012. Alternatively, the format of application form can be downloaded from the website of the Institute viz . www.icai.org and the cost of the application form of Rs . 100 / - can be added to the Assessment Test Fee of Rs . 1,000/- and the Demand Draft for Rs . 1,100/- has to be sent . The last date for receipt of duly filled in application forms is 30th November, 2012 .
Payment of fees for the Assessment Test should be made only by Demand Draft. The Demand Draft may be of any Scheduled Bank and should be drawn in favour of " The Secretary, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi " only. the applications together with the prescribed fee be sent by Speed Post/Registered Post to the Additional Secretary (Examinations ) , New Delhi . The applications received after 30th November, 2012 will not be entertained under any circumstances .
