( iii ) यदि अधिकारी ने पहले अनिवार्य प्रशिक्षण नहीं लिया है, तो उन्हें कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा किए गए नामांकनों के अनुसार केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के लिए संवर्ग प्रशिक्षण योजना में यथा निर्धारित अनिवार्य लेवल ' घ ' प्रशिक्षण लेना होगा।

( iv ) अवर सचिव ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर दी गई सेवा को उस ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के उद्देश्य से अथवा अगले उच्च ग्रेड में प्रोन्नति के लिए नहीं गिना जाएगा ।

(ii ) तदर्थ नियुक्ति से उस ग्रेड में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु चयन सूची में शामिल होने अथवा सीएसएस के ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलता है ।
