भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक मुंबई, दिनांक 30 अक्तूबर 2012 बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 51/12.01.001/ 2012-13-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 की धारा 42 कीउप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए तथा पूर्व में जारी 17 सितम्बर 2012 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी.43/12.01.001 /2012-2013 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि 03 नवम्बर 2012 को आरंभ होने वाले पखवाड़े से प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक द्वारा रखा जाने वाला औसत आरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात (सीआरआर) उनकी निवल मांग और मियादी देयताओं का 4.25 प्रतिशत होगा ।

सं. 37/PTMR/SRS/Jamalpur/SMC/12--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम (साधारण ) विनियम 1950 के विनियम 105 के अधीन निगम की शक्तियां महानिदेशक को प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की दिनांक 25 अप्रैल, 1951 को हुई बैठक में पारित किए गए संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश संख्या 1024 (जी ) दिनांक 23.05.1983 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डॉक्टर को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक एक वर्ष के लिए या पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक, जो भी पूर्व हो , को राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त, ( गुजरात ) द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण करने तथा मूल प्रमाणपत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती हूं: --

No.Ret.BC.51 /12.01.001 /2012-13-In exercise of the powers conferred under the sub - section ( 1 ) 、 of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act , 1934 and in partial modification of the earlier Notification DBOD.No.Ret.BC.43 /12.01.001 / 2012-13 dated September 17 , 2012, the Reserve Bank hereby notifies that the average Cash Reserve Ratio ( CRR) required to be maintained by every Scheduled Commercial Bank shall be 4.25 per cent of its net demand and time liabilities from the fortnight beginning November 03 , 2012.
