एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि लैन्को बाबन्द पावर लिमिटेड, भारत सरकार को विद्युत नियम 2003 के अनुभाग संख्या 164 के तहत् बिजली वाहिनी या बिजली यन्त्र प्रस्तापित करने के लिए तथा कार्य में योग्य सामान्यता स्थापित करने के लिए टेलीग्राफ अधिनियम 1885 के द्वारा टेलीग्राफ वहिनिया व टेलीपोस्ट प्रस्तापित करने के लिए सर्वेक्षण, निर्माण , स्थापना एवं निरीक्षण कार्य से सम्बन्धी जो अधिकार टेलीग्राफ अथॉरिटी को है, ऐसे अधिकार प्राप्ति के लिए भारत सरकार को निवेदन अर्ज कर रहा है ।

The company therefore intends to apply to the Government of India for Electric linesor electrical plant for the transmission of electricity for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885. Corresponding to the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 in order to maintain the establishment, telegraph lines and posts to be placed by the Government and will undertake the survey, construction , installation , inspection , erection and other works to be followed by commissioning, operation, maintenance and other related works for the following transmission scheme .
