तदर्थ आधार पर की गई यह नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित शर्ताधीन होगी । तदर्थ आधार पर की गई इस नियुक्ति के परिणामस्वरूप उन्हें इस पद पर अनिश्चितकाल के लिए बने रहने अथवा नियमित पदोन्नति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने के लिए अथवा सीएसएस के अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा; और

तदर्थ आधार पर की गई इस नियुक्ति को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण बताए समाप्त किया जा सकता है ।
