सं. 29-सीए/लॉ/डी -243/2012- चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स विनियम , 1988 केविनियम 18 के साथ पठित, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 20 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान की परिषद् द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 21 (6) ( ग ) के अनुसरण में , चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट निर्देश सं. 1/2010 के मामले में 28 फरवरी, 2012 को यह आदेश दिया था कि श्री अजय कुमार गुप्ता, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट, बी-3/4, आर.पी. बाग, दिल्ली-110007 ( सदस्य सं. 088800 ) के नाम को, उन्हें चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21 के साथ पठित धारा 22 के अधीन दी गई दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग 1 के खंड ( 7 ) के अर्थान्तर्गत वृत्तिक अवचार का दोषी पाए जाने के कारण, छह मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटा दिया जाए। तद्नुसार , यह सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त श्री अजय कुमार गुप्ता का नाम तारीख 1 जनवरी, 2013 से छह मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटा दिया जाएगा । उस अवधि के दौरान वह माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के उक्त आदेश के निबंधनानुसार चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट के रूप व्यवसाय नहीं करेंगे ।

सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त श्री राजेश चड्ढा का नाम तारीख 1जनवरी, 2013 से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटा दिया जाएगा । उस अवधि के दौरान वह माननीय पंजाब और हरियाणा उच्चन्यायालय के उक्त आदेश के निबंधनानुसार चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट के रूप में व्यवसाय नहीं करेंगे ।
राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 , ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्तं शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 दिसम्बर, 2012 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम- 95- क तथा छत्तीसगढ़ कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम -1954 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्: --
टी. कार्तिकेयन सचिव " जिला दुर्ग की तहसील- दुर्ग में स्थित राजस्व ग्राम- दुर्ग, बोरसी , कसारीडीह , तितुरडीह, पुलगांव , कोलिहापुरी , मोहलई, सिकोला , धनौरा तथा नगर पालिका निगम दुर्ग की सीमाओं के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी क्षेत्र ।"

Accordingly, it is hereby informed that the name of the said Shri Rajesh Chadda shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of 3 yearsw.e.f. 1st January, 2013.
