एतद्वारा धारा 497 के अनुसरण में सूचना दी जाती है कि उपरोक्त नामक कम्पनी के सदस्यों की एक सामान्य बैठक 69, सेक्टर -27 , गुड़गांव, हरियाणा-122002 में बृहस्पतिवार, 31 जनवरी , 2013 को पूर्वाह्न 11:00 बजे उनके समक्ष एक विवरण प्रस्तुत करने के प्रयोजनार्थ आयोजित की जाएगी , जिसमें समापन का संचालन तथा कम्पनी की सम्पत्ति का निपटान किए जाने और परिसमापक द्वारा दिए जाने वाले स्पष्टीकरण की सुनवाई तथा कम्पनी के विशेष संकल्प द्वारा निर्धारण की विधि और कम्पनी तथा परिसमापक की बहियों, लेखाओं तथा दस्तावेजों के निपटान की विधि दर्शाई जाएगी ।

As per the Requirements of Rule 18 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules 1957 , the new incorporation to the Byelaws of Ludhiana Stock Exchange Limited, as given hereunder , are published for criticism in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of the General Clauses Act . 1897 both in the Gazette of India and Official Gazette of the state

inwhich the principal office of the recognized stock exchange is situate . Any person having any observations on the proposed Bye laws , can send the same in writing to the undersigned at the Ludhiana Stock Exchange , Feroze Gandhi Market , Ludhiana- 141001 within fifteen days from the date ofthis publication in the Gazette . The observations received after the aforementioned period of 15 days will not be considered when the proposed bye laws will be taken for consideration.

A Client, who is a party to the arbitration for a claim/counter claim upto Rs . 10 lakh , shallbe exempt from the deposit providedthe arbitration reference for the same is filed within six months from the end of the quarter during which the disputed transaction (s ) were executed/settled .
Amended Bye Law
A client , who has claim/ counter claim upto Rs . 10 lakh and files arbitration reference , shall be exempt from the deposit . Expenses thus arising with regard to such applications shall be borne by the Stock Exchanges .
