2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अध्यधीन है:--

( i ) इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से उन्हें अनिश्चितकाल तक इस ग्रेड में बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा।

( ii ) यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय समाप्त की जा सकती है ।

( iii ) यदि अधिकारी ने पहले अनिवार्य प्रशिक्षण नहीं लिया है, तो उन्हें कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा किए गए नामांकनों के अनुसार केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के लिए संवर्ग प्रशिक्षण योजना में यथा निर्धारित अनिवार्य लेवल ' घ ' प्रशिक्षण लेना होगा ।

(iv) अवर सचिव ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर दी गई सेवा को उस ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के उद्देश्य से अथवा अगले उच्च ग्रेड में प्रोन्नति के लिए नहीं गिना जाएगा ।

(v ) श्री तीर्थ राम की यह तदर्थ प्रोन्नति कैट, नई दिल्ली के समक्ष लंबित ओए सं. 1083/2007 तथा ओए सं . 1083/2007 के

2. Their appointment to the grade of Under Secretary on ad hoc basis shall be subject to the final outcome in the O.A. No. 1083/2007 pending before the CAT, New Delhi and also any other order by any competent court in any of the connected matters apart from the OM No. 1083/2007 and shall not confer any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List for regular appointment or to claim seniority in the Grade - I of CSS .
