O.N. 21.—In the table appended to Election Commission of India's Order No. 76/KL-LA/2011 dated 15th March, 2013 the reason for disqualification of candidate in column 5 against Sl. No. 16 and 25 shall be read as "failed to lodge Account of Election Expenses in the manner required by Law".

134 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MARCH 30, 2013/CHAITRA 9, 1935 [PART II—SEC. 3(iii)] 2. श्री सेन्तीयन्गर इमचेन, आई.ए.एस., नागालैंड सरकार के अध्ीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धरण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।3. श्री सेन्तीयन्गर इमचेन, आई.ए.एस., मुख्य निर्वाचन अध्किारी, नागालैंड के रूप में कार्य करते हुए नागालैंड सरकार के अध्ीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
New Delhi, the 28th March, 2013
O.N. 22.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the Government of Nagaland, hereby nominates Shri Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Nagaland with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Sh. J. Alam, IAS .
2. Shri Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Nagaland, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Nagaland except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
