आदेश
अवधि बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया गया है । अतः अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 के उपबन्धों का अनुकरण करते हुए परिवर्तन को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए एतद् द्वारा यह आदेश दिया जाता है एवं घोषणा की जाती है कि :
श्री दी. अ. बिवलकर, अध्यक्ष व व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक, सिंदिया स्टीम नेविगेशन कम्पनी लिमिटेड के पद की अवधि दिनांक 01 अक्तूबर 2011 से लेकर 13 जुलाई 2012 तक के लिए बढ़ाई गई है ।
यह आदेश 01 अक्तूबर 2011 से प्रभावी हो जायेगा।
आईसीआईसीआई बैंक लिमिटेड ( जिसे इसके बाद " आईसीआईसीआई " कहा गया है) नौवहन विकास निधि समिति (उन्मूलन ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( जिसे इसके बाद " उक्त अधिनियम " कहा गया है ) की धारा 16 के अन्तर्गत भारतीय केन्द्र सरकार का " अभीहित व्यक्ति" है ।

अधिकृत हस्ताक्षरकर्ता और, अतः आईसीआईसीआई को अभिहित व्यक्ति के रूप में उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय 3 के अनुबंधों के अधीन विशेष अधिकार प्राप्त हैं, जिनका उसने प्रयोग करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
