The 28th January 2013 वायदा बाजार संविदा ( विनियम ) 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 12 ( 1 ) तथा भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. एम.ओ. 1162 दिनांक 4 मई, 1960 के सहपठित उप निदेशक वायदा बाजार आयोग का दिनांक 29.10.2012 को अनुमोदन प्राप्त कर मल्टी-कॉमोडिटी एक्सचेंज ऑफ इण्डिया लिमिटेड, अहमदाबाद की उपविधि में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए गए हैं तथा इसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 12 की उपधारा -2 के तहत एतद्वारा अधिसूचित किया गया है ।
