राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 , ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा-46( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 अप्रैल, 2013 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम- 95- क तथा पंजाब कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ पंजाब राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात्:

II/03/ 12.21.032/2012-13--बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम , 1949 की धारा 56 के साथ पठित धारा 36क की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि दि बोरसाड़ नागरिक को- ऑपरेटिव बैंक लि. , बोरसाड़ ( जिला- आनंद, गुजरात ) , बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम 1949 की धारा 56 के साथ पठित धारा 5 (cci ) में परिभाषित किए गए अनुसार अब सहकारी बैंक नहीं रहा तथा अधिसूचना देने से पूर्व किए गए कार्यों तथा करने के लिए छोड़े हुए कार्यों को छोड़कर उक्त सहकारी बैंक पर अधिनियम के अंतर्गत लागू सभी प्रावधान इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से लागू नहीं होंगे ।

Anand, Gujarat (non - scheduled bank ) has ceased to be a ' co - operative bank' as defined in Section 5 (cci ) of the Banking Regulation Act , 1949 read with Section 56 of the said Act and all the provisions of the said Act applicable to the said co - operative bank shall cease to apply to it from the date ofpublication of this Notification , except in respect of the things done or omitted to be done prior to this Notification.
